ax in dto nga i need to drink at least 10ml of medicine [mga 3 1/2 tablespoon ata?] plus inhaler every  time my breathing gets too thin..

if u have noticed my recent blog entries,. one entry ix about my habbit of sleeping ax l8 as around 12 am,. that's why some of mai contacts wud receive a message left in their guestbook from me at around alreadii 12 am or past 12 am,.    i thought that i've olredii stopped that bad habbit of mine,. but i guess not,. and not onlii that it's back,. it'x also worse,.

 

 

here's the storee,. if i used to sleep at around 12 am or past 12 am before,. now i sleep up to 3 am or past 3 am!!!,. i don't knw what has gotten into me,. it all started jxt last month,. wen my sisters started sleeping with me here in my room,. but i don't think that's the reason., kxee ang alam cu,. 2log n agad cla at around 1 or 2 am,. pro acu gcng pa,.  

 

last nyt,.04.06.08.........i stayed up as l8 as 3.3o am,. at around 1 pm,. i was lyk still eating my dinner alone downstairs,. then at around 2.3o am,. my eldest sis dozed off,. leaving me with mai youngest sis awake,. at around 3 am,. my youngest sis dozed off,. xo cins mai dad was not home,.  and there was nobodee else to tell me to get some rest,. i went outside the terrace and star-gazed,.
